We continue our hole-by-hole series around the course Severiano Ballesteros drew in Bizkaia.<\/p>\n<h2>A par 5 with handicap 5\/5<\/h2>\n<p>The scorecard puts it like this: par 5, handicap 5\/5 and four tees. Choose the one that suits your game before you step onto the tee at Meaztegi hole 2.<\/p>\n<h2>Two fairway bunkers between 200 and 238 metres<\/h2>\n<p>The first test comes with the drive. Measured from the 62 markers, two bunkers lie in wait between 200 and 238 metres, one on each side of the fairway. There&#8217;s no safe side to bail out to: the tee shot has to stay in the middle or stop short of the sand.<\/p>\n<p>At Meaztegi hole 2, before you pull out the driver, think about how far your ball carries and where you want it to stop. With a par 5 ahead, a tee shot on the fairway is worth more than a few extra metres.<\/p>\n<h2>A 31-metre green guarded by three bunkers<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of Meaztegi hole 2 waits a green 31 metres long with three bunkers around it.
