ADM Program

Philosophy and use of
ADM program

The ADM (American Development Model) program attempts to address the deficiencies that exist in sport in general regarding athletic development appropriate not only to chronological age, but to cognitive age.

We need to be able to create individuals with a general culture of sport so that they remain active throughout their lives, preventing them from getting injured and/or dropping out of the sport by “burning out” while trying to achieve dangerous shortcuts.

The main current risks we face are overweight and obese individuals , excessive use of alcohol, drugs, school dropouts and abandonment of physical activity in general.

The ADM program focuses not only on physical, but emotional and social issues appropriate for each stage of growth. ADM is supported and supported by multi-sport activities, focusing on fun, and letting children be children, getting away from the idea that children are small adults.

The Meaztegi Golf nursery school adopts this model with the aim of achieving the following motto “As many as possible, for as long as possible, with the best possible experience”.

INCLUDES: Unlimited practice balls and unlimited Green Fees on Par 3 at the price of 1€ and to the big course on Sundays from 14:00h at 1€ and fathers / mothers at 10€.

Categories of federative licenses

CADETE (15 – 16 years old): 26,80€ | INFANTIL (13 – 14 years old): 18,20€.

ALEVIN (11 – 12 years old): 18,20€ | BENJAMIN (< 6– 10 years old): 18,20€.

Session 10	END OF TERM SCHOOL TOURNAMENT

Each station will have a duration of 25 minutes, with 5 minutes afterwards for changeover.

Each station will consist of an explanation-supervision of the technique, and an activity to achieve

objectives in a fun way, with challenges and games.

Each player will carry in his bag a Meaztegi Golf label with the number and color of the corresponding stars. In this way the level is completely objective according to the strokes he/she is able to make from each distance.

NECESSARY MATERIAL AND CLOTHING:

Cap, comfortable and light clothing if warm, warm if cold, golf/sports shoes, water and sunscreen.
No sweets, juices or industrial pastries.
Golf clubs and balls included. Golf gloves and the clubs themselves are recommended if you have them.

AWARD OF DIPLOMAS AND PHOTOS: During the end of term tournament.
